| Prawns Steamed in Mustard Sauce | |Bhapa Ilish | step by step
It Is a very easy and well known Bengali recipe.
bhapa means steam and chingri means prawns in English.
it's cooked traditionally by steaming in stainless steel tiffin box inside boiling water or boiling rice.

Ingredients :
Medium size of prawns
Salt
White mustered seeds
Green chilli
Mustered oil
Method :
1. Shell and devein the prawns.
2. Add mustered seed to the grinder jar, add salt and green chilis.
3. Make a fine paste.
4. Transfer to a microwave safe bowl.
5. Fold in the prawns.
6.top off with mustered oil and slit green chili
7. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap.
8. Microwave for 5 minutes.
