Why prep meals you ask?
For me personally, there is so much value in prepping some meals for a couple of days.
Especially if I know I have a hectic schedule for the new week.
In short, it means that I don’t need to make any food decisions during or after a long day…
When you are;
💭 Emotionally drained
🧠 Mentally drained
🏃♀️ Physically drained
It is very difficult to make a calculated decision.
It is much easier, at that point of exhaustion, to just grab and go.
And the last thing you feel like doing is cooking.
And it is at that very point, that if you don’t have meals prepped…
That you could possibly turn to take outs or something similar, which

So, if your meals are prepared already, there is really no decision making, in a exhausted state, necessary.
It is there. It is prepped. It is ready to be eaten.
Hardly any thinking required.
It also provides you with more structure, which in turn makes you feel more in control.
