khichuri and ilish mach bhaja ---a bengali can have when it is winter .

 

u can take bengali out of water but u can't take fish out of bengali .

khichudi and ilish mach bhaja - this is what i had launch for yesterday .of course the fish bapi bought , has to be someone whom we trust . for that we went to shyamal kaka , who delivered us ilish mach in the past couple of months . 

the ilish mach is the padma 's ilish , according to kaka . 

i requested ma to make ilish bhaja and khichuri for launch . we use gobindo bhog rice instead of local rice . 

launch was lovely .
